Recipe: Spring Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

6 Cups Coconut Water
2 Handfuls of Spinach
1/2 Cup Parsley
1 Stalk of Celery
1 Inch Knob Fresh Ginger
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.Yum!
